JOB DESCRIPTION:
CANDIDATE SUBMISSIONS: Candidates should have at least 2 work examples and be prepared to discuss their involvement in the work and their design thinking process when sharing the work.
ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Looking for an individual with 5+ years experience in product design with a focus on customer facing experiences. Proficiency with Figma and prototyping skills are a must. A background in designing for responsive web and native platforms if preferable. Knowledge/background of working with brand standards and a design system is a huge plus.
ABOUT THE INTERVIEW PROCESS: Interview process will consist of 2 rounds. Round 1 will be the initial portfolio review process and typical interview process. Round 2 will be with the team for culture fit but also the candidates should be prepared to show work in this round as well. Round 2 will be more of a panel discussion.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Is it a requirement for the right fit to come from a Financial Services/FinTech/Banking industry specific background/work experience or just a nice to have? Just a nice to have

A User Experience Architect is a user experience professional adept at planning and designing a consistent, intuitive, and visually compelling experience of our customer facing interfaces and experiences across a spectrum of digital and real-world touchpoints. This role champions design excellence by ensuring every interaction aligns with user needs and brand standards while delivering seamless usability. Partners with business analysts, developers, testers, product owners and compliance specialists to translate requirements into experience architectures.
Responsibilities include:
- Employs a range of human-centered, accessible design techniques, such as conceptual models, personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, to determine and convey design decisions.
- Optimizes experience architecture to promote findability and usability, while accommodating technical and business needs/constraints.
- Reviews artifacts and deliverables from peers to ensure they accurately represent or improve upon the layout, design and interaction patterns.
