About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to Liberty's clients via telephone and email, ensuring courteous engagement at all times.
  • Adhere to all laws, regulations, and company policies while offering accurate information about our services.
  • Communicate effectively with both field and office personnel regarding customers' concerns, especially in emergency situations.
  • Develop critical skills to efficiently process customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in addressing account challenges and structuring payment arrangements as needed.
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies, acting as a vital link between field personnel and customers.
  • Be prepared to handle after-hours call-outs for urgent situations, utilizing your problem-solving abilities.
  • Perform additional customer-focused duties to support team success.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability in attendance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential, along with strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong mathematical aptitude.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer tasks, including data entry and retrieval.
