Utilizing your communication and negotiation skills to resolve the delinquent account. Account Manager Qualifications. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance. Professional, detail-oriented, well organized and efficient. Previous customer service experience, face-to-face or call center, is preferred, but not required. Specific experience in the area of de-escalation, retention, or issue resolution is helpful. Strong/ Advanced negotiation, counseling and problem solving skills.
