EXISTING AVAYA INTEGRATION:

Seller will perform the following work as part of the project to assist in migration:

Discovery of existing Avaya phone system: Aura CM v8.1.x for 3 locations.

Configure 2 SIP trunks from Avaya PBX to 2 Cisco CUBE/SIP routers

Includes dial plan manipulation supporting 8 cutovers

Discovery of existing Avaya Contact Center:

Note: additional hours may be needed if 3rd party integrations are found.
