Marketing Enablement Manager
What we're looking for:
- A Marketing Enablement Manager on our Marketing Team to build world-class sales and marketing materials that help drive our new business and sales enablement efforts.
- The ideal candidate will be a story-driven writer skilled in leveraging trends and data into strategic pitches that win new business in a wide range of fields. You will be adept at translating complex quant, qual, and data science solutions into compelling marketing recommendations. Though a marketing research background is not required, familiarity with approaches is helpful to writing effective pitches. Excellent proofreading skills, with an eye for maintaining consistency across the pitch deck, is a must.
- The ideal candidate will also possess advanced PowerPoint skills. You will be responsible for developing visually sophisticated PowerPoint designs that use imagery and design to intuitively convey narrative. You will oversee the integrity of brand identity across all deliverables and serve as the ultimate guardian of final presentation output.
- In this role you'll take the lead on writing and designing proposals, working in close collaboration with our sales team and research leaders. Working together, you'll bring the vision to life and ensure we deliver pitches that position us to win by clearly communicating our approach, our expertise, and what makes us different. Our sales & research teams handle all client-facing interactions.
It'll be helpful if you have:- 3-5 years of experience working in sales enablement and/or marketing in a research or data analytics business. Open to researchers looking to change focus to sales & marketing, too!
- Bachelor's degree (or more!) in the Social Sciences, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strategic thinker and strong written communicator with a marketing orientation – you're able to intuit the main idea no matter how complex, and break it down for your audience using intelligent, concise, conversational language.
- Comfortable with complexity and collaboration, able to synthesize detailed input from multiple methodology experts and turn it into a clear, cohesive pitch narrative.
- Tech-savvy advanced user of PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs/Slides.
- Strong graphic design instincts and attention to visual details.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research at minimum -- data science, advertising measurement, and social listening a plus.
- You enjoy keeping up with social and cultural trends and have an intrinsic interest in people and why they do the things they do.
- Energized by managing several projects at once, keeping up with quick turnaround times and pride yourself on never missing a deadline.
- Enthusiastic self-starter, flexible, and proactively solution-oriented.

Per the pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $87,000. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skill set, and any other factors MarketCast considers relevant to the hiring decision. In addition to your salary, MarketCast believes in providing a competitive total rewards package for its employees.
