Description:

A compassionate, empathetic, enthusiastic, and results-driven sales professional. Does that describe you? Then please continue. Our family law and estate planning firm in Fairfax, Virginia is looking for an all-star salesperson to make a lasting impression on prospective clients, leaving them eager to work with our firm. THIS IS A 100% WORK FROM HOME/REMOTE WORK POSITION. The salesperson (known as our Client Services Coordinator) is someone who has a proven track record of successfully using a consultative sales approach to sell either professional services and/or high-ticket items. At the core of this position is the ability to genuinely connect with prospective clients and successfully convert them into new clients by creating urgency and effectively conveying the value of our services. Experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not required as the salesperson will not be giving legal advice. Any applicable industry-specific training will be provided. Our clients and prospects are dealing with an emotionally difficult time in their lives so you must be able to empathize, show compassion, and put them at ease. The salesperson is also responsible for delivering and ensuring a great client experience so previous customer service experience is absolutely critical to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience working with sales metrics and will be able to carefully and accurately track data to monitor and refine our sales funnel. Additionally, the salesperson will work closely with our intake team to improve our overall sales system. Following up with clients who don't retain after the consultation is a very important step in our sales process. You must be intentional and consistent in your follow-up, and approach it with the same zeal as the initial consultation. Similarly, you must be comfortable addressing the prospective client's objections and not shy away from any potential roadblocks you may face in closing the sale. The salesperson will be actively engaged in the firm's business development activities, including attending online events, presenting webinars, conducting client care calls, cultivating relationships with new referral partners, conducting presentations, and participating in networking groups. This is a remote position, which means you will enjoy a great deal of freedom and autonomy but must be highly disciplined and reliable. If you are a results-oriented team player and have what it takes to be successful in sales, this is a perfect opportunity for you to pursue your calling while helping people find solutions to their gravest problems. Compensation: Compensation for this position includes base salary plus monthly performance bonuses. Benefits include paid training and professional development opportunities, the ability to work remotely, and a flexible schedule. Responsibilities: • Perform initial consultations by phone and video conference • Maintain scripts and training materials for the sales team • Prepare and send client engagement agreements using an electronic signing application • Follow up with prospective clients • Follow up with new clients to ensure satisfaction with services • Engage in business development activities • Manage outreach efforts to help with the firm's online review campaign • Conduct monthly meetings to discuss the quality volume of leads through various lead sources • Ensure proper handover of clients to the legal team • Onboard new clients, complete file opening and closing procedures • Keep track of leads pipeline in CRM and also on spreadsheets • Keep track of inbound and outbound referrals and referral sources • Document and update the firm's policies and procedures related to the role • Provide training and support to the intake team • Perform additional duties as needed Qualifications: • Previous sales experience for professional services and/or high-ticket items (required) • Real-life experience in navigating personal struggles and overcoming obstacles that have enabled you to show empathy to others going through similar hardship • High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
