Overview:
This is an amazing foot-in-the-door opportunity to get full-time pay and affordable health insurance after just 30 days. This entry-level position supports press operators by maintainingworkflow, quality, and safety standards. It's a hands-on role with a clear career path into Punch Press Apprentice, Operator, and Lead Operator positions.
Monday-Thursday, overtime on Friday as needed
5:00am-3:30pm
4:00pm - 2:30am
$20.60/hour plus shift differential
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload raw metal materials and finished parts from press machines
- Assist press operators with setups, production runs, and workflow
- Stack, package, label, and move materials as needed
- Perform visual inspections of metal parts to ensure quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Show initiative to learn press room operations and grow into advanced roles
Skills and Experience:
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to learn metal fabrication and punch press operations
