Wardrobe Attendant

Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Distributes uniforms, aprons, shoes, and accessories and assists employees with uniform exchange according to departmental procedures.
Collect, inspect, sort, and prepare soiled uniforms for laundry pick-up.
Log all orders, required repairs, and work orders as needed.
Make sure all new and replacement rental orders are placed with vendor and follow-up until received and distributed.
Receive, sort, and put away laundry.
Collects and inspects uniforms from terminated or transferred employees.
Records sales of items on transaction slips, noting employee's department as required.
Completed loan slips for borrowed uniforms or accessories.
Unpacks and hangs stock.
Monitors inventory levels of all uniforms, miscellaneous stock, and office supplies.
Completes daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork.
Distribute and put away new inventory to storage areas.
Heat seal and scan all new items into Invotech system.
Maintain laundry and dry-cleaning reports; verify numbers sent and received.
Provides exceptional service to all employees and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner always. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
Attending all necessary training meetings.
Assist in other projects, as directed.
Duties, responsibilities, requirements, and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. Hours are determined by a 24-hour schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.
Must be at least 18 years old or older upon employment.
High school diploma or its equivalency required.
Previous wardrobe experience preferred.
Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees, and customers.
Must be able to deal effectively and interact well with customers and employees.
Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening.
Applicants must be able to substantiate a safe driving record within the parameters acceptable to our liability insurance carrier.
