What Clinical Assessment Technologies Department does at Worldwide

Clinical Assessment Technologies (CAT) is a team of experienced clinicians and operations experts whose purpose is to improve clinical outcomes data by reducing data variability related to training, scale administration and scoring, placebo response, and data quality. CAT has extensive industry experience from site-level work with sponsors and service providers, including more than 75 international trials (Phase IIV) and training for over 7,000 raters.

What You Will Do
  • Engage in training on psychiatric clinical trial assessments
  • Conduct remote psychiatric patient interviews for clinical trials
  • Prepare scoring rationale for interviews and enter data following each interview

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and administrative details in a dynamic setting
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions
  • Competency conducting patient interviews
  • Knowledge of Clinician and Patient Reported Outcomes across indications
  • Knowledgeable about placebo response mitigation through various training techniques
  • Comfortable with innovative technologies including training videos, eCOA/ePRO, and telehealth
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word)
Your background
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with psychiatric assessments in CROs, rater training organizations, clinical trial sites, or related industries
  • Masters Degree (or equivalent) in a healthcare-related field (M.D., Ph.D., PsyD, PharmD) with one year of clinical experience administering psychiatric scales; OR RN with at least 3 years of clinical experience administering psychiatric scales
  • Minimum 2 years experience in psychiatric indications, including depressive and anxiety disorders
Compensation

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location: $69,345.00 - $137,655.00
