Online Banking Specialist

TEKsystems is hiring a group of online banking specialists to assist a client located in the Wakefield, Massachusetts area. These positions will offer a fully remote schedule once training is completed. This position is a great, foot in the door opportunity with a ton of upward mobility and growth available.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (open to considering corporate settings, retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.)
• Friendly, outgoing, positive, "can-do," enthusiastic, motivated personality/attitude.
• Ability to articulate solutions in a demanding environment.
• Previous retail banking experience highly preferred but not required.

Job Description:

• Provide outstanding service via phone and email to all online banking end users with outgoing personality and professionalism; successfully address customer questions and concerns.
• Provide a high level of customer service to all online banking end users.
• Provide support to online banking call volume for the customer service center.

Hours/Shift:

• Training (8-10 weeks): Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
• After training: New hires will be asked to work a 40-hour shift between the hours of 7am-8pm Monday-Friday and also will be asked to work Saturday hours 8am-3pm.

Pay: $20-23/hr. (based on experience)

Pay and Benefits:

• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
