Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and technical implementation of software products and services
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to deliver new solutions or upgrade existing software
• Monitor program performance from initiation through delivery, engaging with external customers and field-based employees
• Lead project resources in the design, development, installation, configuration, and testing of software systems
• Utilize effective project management methodologies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and 6+ years of Project Management or Solution Engineering experience, or a Masters Degree and 4+ years of experience
• Must have 6+ years of project management experience managing complex deployments and/or software application deployments
• Strong understanding of API technologies, software architecture, and system deployment
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred Professional Engineer (P.E.) Certification
• Preferred Project Management Qualifications such as PMP
• 5+ years in a technical position overseeing software delivery
• Experience working in an Agile environment to deliver customer value quickly
• Familiarity with software deployment methodologies and quality processes
