(other duties as assigned): - Fabricate metal material according to La-Z-Boy quality requirements. Load and unload raw metal materials and finished parts from press machines. Assist press operators with setups, production runs, and workflow. Stack, package, label, and move materials as needed. Perform visual inspections of metal parts to support quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe press room environment. Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE - Demonstrate reliability, including consistent attendance and punctuality. Take initiative to learn press room operations and advance skills. JOB REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn metal fabrication and punch press operations.
