Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in civil defense litigation matters as part of a remote associate team.
  • Practice areas include personal injury, landlord-tenant disputes, product liability, premises liability, and general tort.
Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • CA Bar Admission
  • 3 years in civil litigation (personal injury, premises liability, product liability, landlord-tenant disputes or other general liability cases)
Nice to have
  • Defense side experience
