Summary/Objective
The Electronic Board assembler is responsible for soldering surface mount technology components to circuit boards by using soldering stations, routers and prints.

Essential Functions

• Use of Microscope.
• Working with very small electrical SMT components, making sure that each one is conforming to specifications and soldered to circuit boards correctly.
• Sitting and soldering for longs periods of time.
• Performance of various tasks as directed by the department supervisor.
• Repetitive hand and wrist movement as well as sitting for long periods.
• Handling and exposure to various chemicals, paints, and solvents.
• Must be able to move about freely in a controlled area.
• Reading and using routers and prints.
• Understand the importance of our inventory.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Two (2) years of factory/manufacturing experience with similar equipment.

This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 1st shift- 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
