At Missouri Southern State University! The Chemical and Physical Sciences Department at MSSU is currently seeking candidates for a Master Instructor Position in Chemistry starting either January 2026 or August 2026 in Joplin, Missouri. Successful candidates should be prepared to teach general chemistry I and II, allied health chemistry, and possibly other chemistry courses. Other specialty areas of study may be acceptable. The position requires demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence and advising at the undergraduate level. A master s degree or PhD. in Chemistry, or a related field is preferred; however, candidates who are ABD will be considered.
