Overview
This role is a critical opportunity at the intersection of strategy, performance marketing, and business growth. The Senior Manager will own the strategy development for expanding Sams Clubs membership base, serving as the growth lead for acquisition. Acting as the bridge between Membership, Media, Finance, and external partners, this person will design and continuously refine strategies that drive measurable member growth while ensuring new members are high-value and primed for long-term engagement.
The ideal candidate will understand that acquiring the right members is the foundation for retention, loyalty, and profitability. Success in this role means building strategies that balance immediate conversion with sustainable growth.
