Compensation: up to $150,000 base salary + 40% bonus potential + equity

This role will involve close work with ServiceTitan software, aiding in the transition to a consignment model. Success in this role will be measured by increased sales KPIs, enhanced brand awareness, and the professional development of departmental leaders.
