Collections Account Manager
Growing company! Collections Account Manager career opportunity! On-site position at the Joplin, MO finance office.

• Annual pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00+
• $15 - $18 per hour + monthly bonus up to $2,200.00

• Collections account management
• Seek long-term resolution with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend training classes & meetings
• Assist with credit origination (after training)

• 5-day work week
• No Sundays
• Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
• Store hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4
• 40-45 hours per week

• Collections or customer retention experience
• Able to work onsite
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to work the listed hours
• Good computer/keyboard skills
