Job Category:Manufacturing/OperationsJob Family:DistributionWork Shift:GN (United States of America)Job Description:Properly receive and warehouse incoming materials such as pallets, cheese (640s, 40s, barrels, etc.), ingredients, cases, packaging materials (film/corrugate), etc. for all plant departments. Any materials required to support the production lines of the plant will be part of this job duty and responsibility. Assemble and deliver same products for utilization on the production lines. Prepare and load outbound material (trim, scrap, salvage) as needed. Work with production to understand any raw material defects and communicate issues with Home Office/Suppliers to maintain RMI Process. Responsible for the timely disposition of Perform cycle counts and finished goods inventories on a regular basis for all plant departments. Maintain cooler organization by rotating bulk inventory (including trim/salvage), packaging inventory, and ensuring proper storage and utilization on the line. This will be a flexible shift (Days covers Red/Gray Days or B Shift; Nights will cover Red/Gray Nights or A/C shift)/department position. Meeting the requirements of your customers will be a top priority of this position. Utilization of computerized terminals to assist with the handling of these products will be required.Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety, and prioritize work responsibilities across departments. Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position.
