Black Belts are responsible for front-line implementation of the Six Sigma system throughout TAMKO. Black Belts must provide leadership that inspires team members and other personnel to accomplish TAMKO's mission, by utilizing the strategy and principles of TAMKO, including Six Sigma.

Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in math, science or engineering, 4 to 10 years related work experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
•Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis
•Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
•Understanding of advanced Six Sigma and statistical process control concepts, including control charts, variation, cause and effect relationships, Pareto principle (vital few/useful many) and process capability.
•Become certified as a Black Belt
